Dashboard

The dashboard is where a brand's whole AI reputation shows up in one place: a single Brand Echo Score, the four signals behind it, and how you stack up against the businesses AI assistants recommend instead of you.

The Brand Echo Score

The Brand Echo Score is a single health score for how well AI assistants know, recommend and describe your brand — like a credit score, but for AI reputation.

Key points

  • One number summarises how well AI assistants recognise you, recommend you, and describe you accurately.
  • Like a credit score, you don't need the maths — you need to know whether it's healthy and what's dragging it down.
  • Every figure is built from real, recorded AI answers, not estimates or guesses.
  • The score breaks down so you can see which component is weakest and fix that first.

Questions this answers

What is a Brand Echo Score?

A composite health score for how well AI assistants know and speak about your brand — combining how often they cite you, how prominently, across how many engines, and how positively.

This is the dashboard for one brand. Everything you see here is real — these are actual answers from actual AI assistants, checked and recorded. Nothing here is a guess or an estimate.

This big number at the top is the Brand Echo Score. Think of it like a credit score for your brand's reputation with AI. It answers one question: how well do AI assistants know you, and how well do they speak about you? A high score means AI assistants recognise you, recommend you, and describe you accurately. A low score means they don't. And just like a credit score, you don't need to know the maths behind it. You need to know whether it's healthy, and what's dragging it down.

So the platform breaks it down for you and shows you which part is weakest. That's where your effort goes first, because that's where it moves the needle most.

The Four Things Being Measured

Four measurements sit under the score: citation rate, engine coverage, average position and share of voice against named competitors. Each tells you something different about how AI sees you.

Key points

  • Citation rate: how often you're mentioned at all across the questions buyers ask.
  • Average position: how early you appear — the first name carries far more weight than an afterthought.
  • Engine coverage: how many different AI assistants know you; relying on one is fragile.
  • Share of voice: your share of citations against the named competitors in the same answers. Sentiment, what AI actually says about you, is shown alongside the score rather than inside it.

Questions this answers

Why does being mentioned first matter?

People act on the first name they hear. Being named first in an AI answer is very different from being listed last as an afterthought — average position tracks that difference.

Underneath that score there are four things being measured. They're straightforward, and each one tells you something different.

The first one: how often you get mentioned at all. Out of all the questions your customers are likely to ask, how many produce an answer with your name in it. This is your starting point.

The second: how early in the answer you get mentioned. This one matters more than people expect. If the AI names three businesses and you're the first one, that's very different from being mentioned in the last sentence as an afterthought. People act on the first name they hear.

The third: how many different AI assistants know you. There isn't just one. There are several, and they don't agree with each other. A brand can be well known to one and completely invisible to the others. If all your visibility is coming from a single one, that's fragile, and this shows you.

And the fourth: what they actually say about you. Being mentioned isn't automatically good. If an AI recommends you but adds 'though customers report problems with delivery', that's a mention that's costing you the sale. This tracks the difference.

One thing worth noticing: every number here has a confidence indicator. If the platform hasn't gathered enough information to be sure about something, it says so, instead of showing you a confident-looking number it can't back up.

You vs. Everyone Else: Share of Voice

See how your AI visibility compares to competitors overall, and head-to-head in the exact moments you both appear in the same answer.

Key points

  • Share of Voice shows what portion of all tracked mentions are yours versus rivals.
  • Head-to-Head isolates answers where you and a competitor both appeared — same question, same AI, same moment.
  • It's the closest thing to a fair, direct comparison of who gets recommended more strongly.

How do I compare to my competitors in AI answers?

Share of Voice shows your slice of all mentions; Head-to-Head narrows to the moments you and a rival both appear in the same answer and shows who was recommended more strongly.

This section answers the question every owner asks next: how do I compare? Across all the questions being tracked, this shows what share of the mentions are yours, versus the other businesses in your space. If your competitors are taking up most of that space, you can see it immediately.

And this goes one step further. This only looks at the moments where you and a competitor both appeared in the same answer. Same question. Same AI. Same moment. Who got recommended more strongly? That's about as close to a fair, direct comparison as you can get.
