Who we are. This website is operated by Hyprr SEO Inc., doing business as AI Advisory ("AI Advisory," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at dwong@aiadvisoryhq.com for any question or request about this policy.

1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you request a Citation Gap Audit or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you submit through our forms or by email. This typically includes your name, email address, company name, website URL, and any details you choose to include in your message. You are not required to provide this information, but we need it to respond to your request.
Audit requests. You can request an audit from the form on our homepage as well as from our contact page. The homepage form asks only for your website address and an email address; the contact form asks for more. In either case, what you submit is stored in our database, together with the referring URL and any campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through. We use your submission to carry out the analysis you asked for and to reply to you, and a notification is sent to our team when a request arrives. This information is retained as described in Data Retention.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, certain information is collected automatically by us and by the third-party technologies described below. This may include your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring URL, the pages you view, the links you click, and the dates and times of your visits. Where our visitor-tracking technology is able to associate your visit with an organization, we may also receive business-level firmographic information (such as company name, industry, and size) about the company associated with your network.
2. Analytics & Tracking Technologies
We use the following third-party technologies to understand how the site is used and to identify organizations that show interest in our services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, linked below.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ERNERRCC0D), a web-analytics service provided by Google LLC, to measure traffic and understand how visitors interact with the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes information such as your IP address, device and browser data, and on-site behaviour. This data is processed by Google in aggregate to produce usage reports for us. You can prevent Google Analytics from using your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Apollo.io website tracker
We use the Apollo.io website visitor tracker, a service provided by Apollo.io (Apollo Data Corp.), to identify the organizations that visit our website and to understand engagement with our content for sales and marketing purposes. The tracker loads a script from assets.apollo.io and operates under our Apollo application identifier. It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser characteristics, pages viewed, and interaction data, and it may match this information against Apollo's business database to associate a visit with a company and, in a business-to-business context, with professional contact information.
The Apollo tracker is used for business-to-business lead identification. It is designed to recognize companies and professional contacts, not to build profiles of consumers in a personal capacity. To learn how Apollo processes data and to exercise choices Apollo offers, see the Apollo Privacy Policy and the Apollo Cookie Policy. You can also limit this collection using the cookie and Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control settings described below.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We and our analytics and tracking providers use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and identify visiting organizations. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; most browsers let you refuse or remove cookies, though some site features may not function as intended if you do. Where required by law, we will seek your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your audit requests, questions, and other communications;
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the website and our services;
- Understand how visitors use the site and measure the effectiveness of our content;
- Identify organizations that show interest in our services and conduct business-to-business outreach;
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse; and
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, where required for non-essential cookies and tracking); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one (for example, responding to an audit request); and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and marketing our services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
6. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, including Google (analytics) and Apollo.io (visitor identification), as well as our hosting and email providers, each of which processes data on our behalf or under its own terms. We may also disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Our use of third-party analytics and visitor-tracking technologies may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural purposes under certain privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. You can opt out of this activity using the mechanisms described in "Your Rights" and "Cookies" above, including a recognized Global Privacy Control signal.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Information you submit through our forms is retained for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you and our legitimate business records; analytics and tracking data are retained according to the retention settings and policies of the respective providers. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. International Data Transfers
We are based in Canada, and our service providers, including Google and Apollo.io, may process and store information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, which may include standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, to protect your information.
9. Your Rights
Canada (PIPEDA)
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccuracies, and to withdraw your consent to our use of your information, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have unresolved concerns.
European Economic Area & United Kingdom (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request access to or deletion of your personal information; to correct inaccurate information; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control.
How to exercise your rights. Email us at dwong@aiadvisoryhq.com with your request. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may also opt out of analytics and tracking directly using the provider links and browser controls described above.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
